Timelines are project-specific. Your proposal states the equipment delivery period and the onsite installation and commissioning period separately, based on the agreed system scope.
The robot is one part of the system. Grippers and tooling, fixtures, process equipment and controls are selected or designed around your component and production target, and the proposal sets out exactly what is included.
Warranty terms, exclusions and support arrangements are stated in each proposal for the equipment supplied.
Yes. Operator and maintenance training can be included in the project scope. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to discuss service and support for your equipment.
